Our ballet classes offer a high level of classical ballet education that focuses on technique, artistry, and performance. Our experienced instructors prepare students for a professional career and offer numerous performance and competition opportunities throughout the year.

Pointe classes are by invitation only and intended for dancers who have shown adequate physical strength, accurate technique, and necessary mental awareness to go en pointe. Students will start to learn and practice pointe at the barre with heavy emphasis on correct foot and body alignment and the development of foot and ankle strength. A slow and careful approach is used to ensure a safe and solid foundation en pointe.

Students will learn choreography from different ballets and will practice developing artistry and technique within the variation.

This class focuses on exercises designed to strengthen the weaknesses that dancers often have. The goal is to create overall strength and endurance and to maximize control through movement. It is intended for dancers who are seeking to supplement their dance training.

This class will help increase mobility and flexibility with a combination of dynamic and static stretching.

This class focuses on movement as a physical expression of emotion. All exercises and choreography take place in center floor, allowing students to explore a range of movement and interpretive style.

This class focuses on training and strengthening the feet and the entire body with the goal to help maintain correct body alignment and to help prepare and to continue to get stronger for pointe shoes. This class not only helps prepare students for the transition to pointe shoes physically, but also educates them on anatomy and proper positioning of the foot and ankle and helps them develop a strong foundation for what is required in pointe class. This is a mandatory class to be taken before going en pointe.

This class we will work on enhancing the dancer's technique in jumps, legs and turns. We will start with a full warm up and core work and then move into leg work and turns, then finish off with jumps. They will practice proper body alignment and build better balance, stability, and strength.
